About
I have been in the trenches, not on the sidelines.
I spent almost nine years in law enforcement and bought my first business during my last year there. That work taught me to lead under pressure, stay calm in a crisis, and build trust with people from every walk of life. It turned out to be exactly what owning a business requires.
I took over a failing mobile pet grooming territory and rebuilt it into an award-winning Million Dollar Club location. Selling it was life-changing for my family. Since then I have owned and exited territories as a franchisee and Area Representative, and served as President of a national pet services franchise brand.

I have sat in every seat at the table: the owner making payroll, the rep selling the dream, and the executive deciding how the system works. Now I work for owners and buyers.
There is a difference between a teacher and a doer. I have always been a doer.
This is not theory. There is real business practice behind everything I bring to the table.
